Procedure:
- Let the butter soften at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar.
 - Add the egg, flour, protein powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine.
 - Add the applesauce and mix. Fold in the oats and cranberries.
 - Drop 1/4 cup spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly.
 - Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, until the cookies are golden but still soft.
