Diet-friendly recipe: Low in carbohydrates and sodium
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (15 oz.)
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika + parsley
tbsp. = tablespoon
tsp. = teaspoon
Instructions:-
- Drain and rinse the can of chickpeas.
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor.
- Blend until desired texture is achieved.
- Serve and store the rest in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
