Hummus

Diet-friendly recipe: Low in carbohydrates and sodium
Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz.)
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika + parsley

tbsp. = tablespoon
tsp. = teaspoon

Instructions:-

  1. Drain and rinse the can of chickpeas.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a food processor.
  3. Blend until desired texture is achieved.
  4. Serve and store the rest in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
