Crispy Chicken Wraps

Recipe suitable for diets: Dialysis, CKD without Dialysis, diabetes, low protein
Ingredients :-

  • 4 8-inch whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 ounces of low-sodium canned chicken

Instructions :-

  1. Dice the vegetables.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and onion powder in a small bowl.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise and onion mixture on each tortilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the diced vegetables.
  5. Place 1/4 of the vegetables and 2 ounces of chicken on each tortilla.
  6. Roll the tortilla and enjoy.
