Banana Pancakes

Recipe suitable for diets: Carbohydrate controlled, vegetarian and low in sodium.
Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/4 cup of Whole Grain Oat Flakes
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Cinnamon to your taste
  • 1 tsp. of Oil

Instructions:-

  1. Mash the banana and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan using approximately 1/4 cup per pancake.
  4. Cook the pancakes on both sides.
  5. Serve with “light” syrup to your liking.
