Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 1 medium egg
- 1/4 cup of Whole Grain Oat Flakes
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- Cinnamon to your taste
- 1 tsp. of Oil
Instructions:-
- Mash the banana and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.
- Pour the batter into the pan using approximately 1/4 cup per pancake.
- Cook the pancakes on both sides.
- Serve with “light” syrup to your liking.
